Delmar Investment Group operates alongside a family of affiliated companies in junk removal and demolition, home improvement and restoration, and real estate development. These businesses support acquisitions, renovations, and value-add work across the portfolio. All core entities — including the mobile home park — are currently debt free with no liens, strengthening the overall platform.

The principal has nearly 50 years of experience in real estate, construction, and development, spanning residential and commercial projects. Past work includes a 109-home subdivision and Maryland’s first mitigation bank.
